I’m a hands-on, full-stack Product Design Leader deeply passionate about the product creation process and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology.

For the past 15 years, product design has been my love and source of inspiration. I have worked at enterprises such as Adobe and Walmart and co-founded Onollo, an AI social commerce tool used by over 20,000 companies.

I believe in personalization as empathy in action and advocate for intuitive abstraction as the key to driving user adoption. I see AI technology as an enabler to achieve these objectives at scale.

Although the design process is dynamic, I often find myself addressing two major tasks: dimension reduction and emotional connection. These two aspects are essential in crafting products that are not only functional but also resonate deeply with users.

I’ll explore how dimension reduction enhances the user experience by simplifying interactions and how emotional connection, fueled by AI capabilities, creates meaningful relationships between products and users.
